A prospective study of etiological factors and long-term prognosis in adolescent Irritable Bowel Syndrome

近40%的学生在3年内出现肠道症状的变化，青少年肠易激综合征（IBS）的患病率约为20%。IBS症状持续者的自我效能感和健康相关生活质量显著低于无腹部症状者，睡眠障碍、应激反应、创伤性事件和述情障碍倾向显著高于无腹部症状者，而IBS症状通过者则无上述特征。IBS症状的早期发作和/或持续可能导致自我效能低下和HR-QOL受损。

Almost 40%of the students showed changes of their bowel symptoms in three years and the prevalence of adolescent irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)was about 20%. The students with continuous IBS symptoms showed significantly lower self-efficacy and health-related quality of life (HR-QOL), more sleep disturbance, perceived stress, traumatic episodes and alexithymic tendency than the students without abdominal symptoms, however, the students with passing IBS symptoms didn' t have these features. The early onset and/or the sustainment of IBS symptoms may induce low self-efficacy and impaired HR-QOL.
