Evaluation of continuing education and support program in community-based cardiac rehabilitation system

本研究的目的是评估在以社区为基础的心脏康复系统的继续教育和支持计划，并调查在日本参加心脏康复的患者长期坚持运动的新框架。通过基础研究成果和工作组讨论制定了干预方案，并在心脏病患者中实施。本研究结果显示，心脏病患者运动时间在运动前与运动后皆有显著增加。

The objective of the present study was to evaluate of continuing education and support program in community-based cardiac rehabilitation system, and to investigate a new frame for long-term exercise adherence in patients who participate in cardiac rehabilitation in Japan. The intervention program was developed through a basic research outcome and a working group discussion, and was fulfilled in heart disease patients. The result that exercise time in heart disease patients increased significantly before and after the program was identified in the present study.
