A health-support program for perimenopausal woman was created considering rural area characteristics. The purpose of this research was to ascertain the effectiveness of the program. The area for the study was a valley and a health support program was held there. One of the target conditions was that the women should be 40 to 59 years old and reside in that valley. The program for these classes, held four times, was composed of teaching about life-style related disease, stress management and cosmetic treatment. Overall, the health support program for perimenopausal women had positive effects in reducing menopausal symptoms and improving health promotion.

考虑到农村地区的特点，为围产期妇女制定了一项保健支助方案。本研究的目的是确定该计划的有效性。研究的区域是一个山谷，在那里举行了一个健康支持计划。目标条件之一是妇女年龄在40至59岁之间，居住在该山谷。这些课程共举办了四次，内容包括与生活方式有关的疾病、压力管理和美容治疗。整体而言，围绝经期妇女健康支持计划对减少更年期症状及促进健康有正面效果。
