帯状疱疹から帯状疱疹後神経痛への発症機序は明らかでない。本研究は脳由来神経栄養因子(BDNF)とその受容体trkBに注目し、帯状疱疹後神経痛への移行における脊髄BDNF/trkBシグナリングの役割について解析した。帯状疱疹痛マウスの脊髄においてBDNF産生量が増加し、抗体等でBDNFのはたらきをブロックすると、帯状疱疹痛を抑制し、帯状疱疹後神経痛への移行も抑制された。本研究の成果により、帯状疱疹後神経痛への移行におけるBDNF/trkB受容体の関与が明らかとなった。

The mechanism of post-herpetic pain syndrome of herpes zoster is clear. In this study, we studied the cause of the disease, the factor (BDNF), the attention of the recipient trkB, the pain after herpes zoster, the migration, the spinal cord, the BDNF/trkB, the labor cutting, and the analysis.
