中華民国時期の民刑事法の立法過程に関する研究のための基盤整備として、国内に所蔵される関係文献について「日本現存近代中国法制関連書目データベース」を作成し、その書誌情報・所蔵状況を明らかにし、関連文献の収集及び図書館への整備を行った。また背景として当時活躍した日本人法律顧問の情報を整理し、最も史料が豊富に残る中華民国民法親属・継承法の立法過程につきフランス人顧問の欧文史料をも活用して論文を執筆した。

The research on the legislative process of civil and criminal law in the Republic of China period includes the preparation of the basic documents, the collection of related documents and the preparation of the library.
