1.本研究报告了在日本、泰国、越南和斯里兰卡采集的急性胃肠炎婴儿和儿童粪便中诺如病毒的检测和基因特征。此外，本研究还对新开发的免疫层析检测试剂盒进行了评估，该试剂盒可快速简便地检测临床粪便标本中的诺沃克病毒。2.本研究对泰国和日本采集的健康猪血清和粪便中的戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)进行了检测，并对泰国健康猪血清中抗HEV抗体效价进行了检测。3.从婴幼儿急性胃肠炎粪便标本中检出人细小病毒和人博卡病毒，从泰国和日本的猪粪便标本中检出猪柯布病毒。

This study reported the detection and genetic characterization of norovirus in the stool samples collected from infants and children with acute gastroenteritis in Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. Furthermore, this study also evaluated the newly developed immunochromatography assay kit for the rapid and easily detection of norovirus in clinical stool samples. 2. In this study, the report is about the detection of hepatitis E virus (HEV) in healthy porcine samples (serum and stool) collected from Thailand and Japan, and the detection of anti-HEV antibody titers in the serum samples from healthy pigs in Thailand. 3. This study reported the detection of human parechovirus and human bocavirus in the stool samples collected from infants and children with acute gastroenteritis, and detection of porcine kobuvirus in the porcine stool samples from Thailand and Japan.
