项目摘要

本研究の目的は,介看護職者・介護職者が協働で高齢者への質の高い看取りケアを提供するためのプロセスを確立することである.(1)死生観自己評価尺度の変数項目の抽出:平成22年度は,看取りに望む看護職および介護職の看取りに対する思いと連携強化の要因を明らかにするために質的調査を実施した.現在,分析を行っている段階である。平成23年度の8月に調査施設において,「看取りケアに関する」研修会を実施した。その際,分析の結果得られた49項目の小カテゴリーが,介護現場における「看取りに望む看護職および介護職の看取りに対する思いと連携強化の要因」として成立する内容を現場のスタッフに見ていただき整合性の確認を行った。これは質的研究を行うにあたり,内容妥当性を検討するために必要であるからである。今後,この結果と文献検討の結果をもとに変数を抽出し看取りケアに精通した研究者等よりスーパーバイズを受けた後,アンケートを作成し,信頼性・妥当性を検証する方向である.(2)文献検索:文献検索の結果,特養での看取りケアに関するミューチュアルアクションリサーチに関する同様の研究論文が平成22年度に他研究者により発表された.類似の研究内容のため,アクションリサーチ以外の方法についても検討を行っていく必要があると考えている.

The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between carers and caregivers and to improve the quality of carers. (1)The number of items selected for the evaluation of life and death: 22 years ago, the quality of the investigation was carried out in the field of nursing and nursing. Now, the analysis is done. In August of 2013, the research facility was established, and the seminar "Looking for Information" was held. At the same time, the results of the analysis showed that there were 49 items in the field of nursing care, and the key factors for the integration of nursing care and nursing care were identified. (2)Literature Search: The results of literature search, special support and research papers related to the same subject were published by other researchers in 2002.
