项目摘要

本研究活動を通して,UNESCOの国際実施計画(DESD-IIS)と地域戦略(アジア地域・欧州地域)、DESDの指標開発、ESDの概念に関する学術的議論、国内外のRCE関連活動の現況分析に基づく共有化が行われただけでなく,国際的に議論されている生産・消費の国際的合意事項(Marrakech Process)と,国連持続可能な開発のための教育(DESD)のおける議論との間に整合性が取られていないことが明らかになった。Marrakech Process, DESDともに,ヨハネスブルクサミット(WSSD,2002年)の影響を受けて実施されている国際的イニシアティブであるものの,生産者の視点が強いMarrakech Processと,教育の質に焦点をおいたDESDとの間には大きなギャップが見られ,国際施策における大きな改善の余地が見られた。本研究成果は,北京師範大学によって開催された,「持続可能な消費のための教育」に関する日中韓国地域専門家会合において発表がなされ,各主体(UNESCO,UNESCAP,UNEP,中国UNESCO国内委員会,地球環境戦略研究機関(IGES)など)の取り組むべき課題を明確にした。詳細は,本会合において,H, Nakahara and M, Sato., 2009, Mucation for Sustainable Consumption, Inter-linkages between the Marrakesh Process and the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development,として研究発表がなされている。いっぽう2009年5月に開催されたRCE国際会合においては,日伯の比較研究に基づく教育実践事例が共有化され,持続可能な生産消費に関する教育実践にむけた様々な相互関連性(事象の相互関連性,異なる主体のかかわり,地域的文脈と国際的文脈の反映)に関する知見の蓄積と,学習と教授に関するノウハウの構築が促された。

This research activity was carried out through UNESCO's International Implementation Program.(DESD-IIS)(Europe), DESD index development, ESD concept related academic discussion, domestic and international RCE related activities analysis, common practice, international discussion, production and consumption of international issues (Marrakech Process), the country's continuous development of education (DESD) and the integration of discussion and discussion. Marrakech Process, DESD and other international policies have been implemented to improve the quality of education. The results of this research are relevant to the development of the China-Japan Korea Regional Cooperation Forum, and the selected topics of the main bodies (UNESCO, UNESCO,UNEP, China UNESCO National Committee, IGES) under the auspices of Beijing Normal University. Comparative research on basic education practice case sharing, sustainable development, production and consumption related education practice, interrelatedness (interrelatedness of events, diversity of subjects, regional context and reflection of international context), knowledge accumulation, learning and teaching related to education practice construction and promotion.
