This study consists of two subjects concerning package transportation policy toward environmentally sustainable transport. First subject is "Effects of package transportation policy". This subject examined combination effect of various package transportation policies. Second subject is "Soft factor to promote consensus among citizen". This subject searched soft factor such as image in order to gain sustainable support of public transportation from citizens.
