The developments of technical Cooperation Activities and Labour Contract Law in South East Asian countries

本研究的目的是对《东南亚国家技术合作活动与劳动合同法》进行深入的学术研究，这在劳动法学界是从未有过的尝试。本研究的所有成员都可以找到我们的重要学术成果，因此，在我们的研究活动的基础上，发表了大量的学术论文和学术报告。即：1、日本和日本劳动法TCA的国际贡献；2、国际劳工组织等组织的TCA在南亚国家的实际情况；3、这些国家劳动法的实践和理论问题。通过这项研究，我们可以维护和发展与亚洲学者、政府相关组织和非政府组织的亚洲劳动法研究的学术网络。

This research has its aim as the depth academic research on "Technical Cooperation Activities (TCA) and Labour Contract Law in South East Asian countries" that has never been attempted in Labour Law academics. We, all of members of this research, could find our academic important findings and therefore, publish a lot of academic papers and make many academic presentations, base on our research activities as bellows. Namely, we could analyze and find out 1, international contributions of Labour Law TCA as Japanese and Japan, 2 the actual aspects of TCA of ILO etc in South Asian countries, and 3. the practical and theoretical problems of Labour Law in these countries. Through this research, we could maintain and develop the academic network on Asian Labour Law studies with Asian academic scholars, government related organizations and non governmental organizations.
