I have studied on the legal system of finance in China by focusing on the banking law system mainly. My research paper has four parts. Part one is about the central bank's legal system, functions and problems. Part two is about legal system of banking supervision and its problems. Part three is about the commercial bank's legal system and problems. Part four is about the regulations on the foreign bank activities in China and its problems.

我对中国金融法律制度的研究主要集中在银行法律制度方面。我的研究论文有四个部分。第一部分是中央银行的法律制度、职能和存在的问题。第二部分是银行监管法律制度及其存在的问题。第三部分是商业银行的法律制度及其存在的问题。第四部分是对外资银行在华经营活动的监管及存在的问题。
