Development of Diversity Management for Work Diversity in Japan

日本的工作多样性包括四个方面，即劳动者多样性、就业多样性（正式劳动者和非正式劳动者、NPO劳动者）、工作组织多样性（营利组织和非营利组织）和工作模式多样性（工作时间、工作空间）。通过这些关于工作多样性的研究，阐明了在日本发展多样性管理的一个基本点是明确每个工人的正义。

The author describes that Work Diversity in Japan consists of four aspects which mean worker diversity, employment diversity(formal worker and non-formal worker, worker in NPO), working organization diversity(profit and non-profit organization) and working pattern diversity(working hour, working space). As a result from these researches on Work Diversity, it is elucidated that an essential point is to make clear what justice is for each worker in order to develop Diversity Management in Japan.
