It is very important for sociological perspective to study to see how time allocation affects not only everyday life, but also lifestyle, social and psychological factors, in relation to the quality of life. In this research, we set up three tasks, (1) the basic literature study of the sociology of time and the quality of life, (2) the analysis of second hand data for time allocation with family structure and consumption behavior, (3) the conduct of a survey about time allocation. We made clear that it occupies a considerable amount of business time and housework time on 24 hours a day, two uses of time are mainly influenced by sex, family structure and working condition, likewise we use the time of other activities eventually for the rest of the day.

从社会学的角度研究时间分配不仅影响日常生活，而且影响生活方式、社会和心理因素与生活质量的关系，这对于社会学来说是非常重要的。在本研究中，我们设置了三个任务，(1)时间社会学和生活质量的基础文献研究，(2)时间分配与家庭结构和消费行为的二手数据分析，(3)时间分配调查。我们发现，一天24小时的工作时间和家务时间占据了相当多的时间，两种时间的使用主要受性别、家庭结构和工作条件的影响，同样，我们最终会将其他活动的时间用于一天中的其余时间。
