The Development of History Curriculum, Covering Both Elementary School and Junior High School Level to Develop Autonomous Historical Cognition which Helps Students to Understand Modern Society

在日本，小学和初中的历史教育三十年来一直受到批评，因为从古至今，关于世界历史和日本历史的历史教育在小学和初中都是同样重复的。而这种不抱希望的局面甚至到现在也没有改变。因此，在这项研究中，我打算解决这一关键问题，并制定了新的历史课程和组成该历史课程的系列单元。这一新课程可以提高学生(儿童)在几个阶段上自主、稳定地理解历史的能力。这些历史理解阶段是在建构主义历史理论的基础上创造出来的。

In Japan, History Education on the Elementary school and the Junior High School have been criticized for these thirty years, because History Education about the world history and Japanese history from the ancient time to the present time is similarly repeated both on Elementary School and Junior High School. And this unhopeful situation has not been changed even now. So on this Study, I intended to solve this crucial problem and have developed the New History Curriculum and the Series of Units which compose this History Curriculum. This New Curriculum can improve the student's(the children's) ability to understand the history autonomously and steadily stepping on several stages. These history understanding stages are created based on the theory of Constructivism on history.
