I cultured a human umbilical vascular endothelial cells and I stimulated it in control group and LPS which I cultured only by LPS stimulation afterwards and classified it in vasopressin and mixture vasopressin group which I cultured. I measured IL-6, the protein density of IL-8 after the culture end. As a result, IL-6, IL-8 increased by vasopressin stimulation, and what was reinforced by lipopolysaccharide stimulation became clear. As for vasopressin, the possibility that participated in inflammation reaction to go through cytokine of a cell wall cell was suggested.
