Nursing support for the construction of relationships between Chinese women and their Japanese families during pregnancy and postpartum periods

本研究旨在探讨中国籍女性在怀孕及产后期间与日本籍家庭关系建构的护理支援。结果显示，对建立良好家庭关系至关重要的智力因素可归为一个核心类别：“保持两个文化世界。“与中国妇女相比，外国妇女在语言问题上面临着很大的困难。根据这些结果，我建议护士促进建设一对夫妇的关系，emp hasising的潜在贡献的每一个合作伙伴，并培养一个知识分子的态度，让每一个合作伙伴尊重其他的文化背景。

The purpose of this study was to clarify the nursing support for construction of relationships between Chinese women and their Japanese families during pregnancy and postpartum periods. The results showed that the intellectual att itudes important for building a good family relationship fell into one core category : "maintaining two cultural worlds." The foreign women were holding the great difficul ty in the language problem compared with Chinese women. On the basis of these results, I suggest that nurses promote the construction of a couple's relationship by emp hasizing the potential contribution of each individual partner, and the nurturing of an intellectual attitude that allows each partner to respect the cultural context of the other.
