本研究の目的は，乳がん薬物療法開始前に妊孕性温存治療を受けた女性乳がん患者の妊孕性温存治療後から胚移植を経て妊娠・出産に向かう体験を明らかにし，必要な看護支援について検討することである。がん薬物療法前に妊孕性温存治療を受け、乳がん治療後に胚移植を受けた女性乳がん患者に対して半構造化面接を実施する。データ分析方法はインタビューの録音内容からの逐語録，およびメモ内容に基づいてデータとし，Klaus Krippendorffの手法で内容分析を行う。本研究により、女性乳がん患者自身の視座から捉えた妊孕性に関する詳細な体験が明らかになり、挙児希望を有する女性乳がん患者に対して，がん治療と併せて，生まれてくる新しい命について検討できることを保証し，将来的な人生計画・家族計画という視点から展望を見出すことの一助になる可能性がある。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the need for nursing support during pregnancy and childbirth in pregnant women who received prenatal care prior to the initiation of breast drug therapy. Pregnant women who receive pregnancy therapy before breast therapy and embryo transfer after breast therapy are treated with semi-structured interfaces. The method of data analysis is to analyze the content of the recording from one quotation to another, and to analyze the content based on the method of Klaus Krippendorff. This study aims to explore the possibility of identifying pregnancy related factors in women's breast patients, including their own vision, body structure, hope, and treatment, as well as new life plans, family plans, and perspectives for the future.
