Construction of the nursing care system to foreign women during pregnancy and postpartum periods

本研究旨在建构外籍妇女孕期及产后护理体系。本研究采用了行动研究法。研究人员已经掌握了护理的现状和科目，他们提供了几个助产士。结果表明，助产士个人拥有的知识现在可以在一个团队之间共享。助产士也发现了具体的支持政策。由此，助产士对外国妇女孕期和产后护理的关注进一步增加。

The purpose of this research is construction of the nursing care system to foreign women during pregnancy and postpartum periods. This research adopted the action research method. The researcher has grasped the present condition of the care and the subjects which they offer, with several midwives. The results showed that the knowledge which the midwife individual had could share now between a team. And midwives have discovered the concrete support policy. By that, midwives' concern about a care of foreign women during pregnancy and postpartum periods increased further.
