本研究の目的は、図書館が担ってきた社会的共有のための知識資源基盤としての役割をネットワーク上で実現する知識資源コモンズに注目し、特に、ピアプロダクションに基づく知識資源コモンズ(KRCP)と伝統的図書館の成立に関する組織論的、経済学的な理論枠組みを明らかにすることである。本年度は21年度末に実施した市民による資料アクセス行動の調査結果の分析を行い、リアル書店や図書館、ネットワーク上の書店や情報源へのアクセスなど多様な側面に関する行動実態が明らかにした。また、一般市民がネットワーク上で知識資源を共有できる代表的なサイトについて、提供内容、方法、知識資源の形成、サイトの経済的裏付け等に関する調査を行った。この2調査と公共図書館のサービス展開に関する調査(21年度)、および文献調査に基づいて図書館とKRCPに関する多面的な検討を行い、論点整理と理論的枠組みの可能性を探った。主な論点と検討事項は、(1)図書館の機能特徴と組織的位置付けの分析、(2)図書館サービス展開の構図の検討、(3)コモンズの視点からみた図書館協力活動の分析、(4)ネットワーク利用者の資料アクセス行動、(5)経済制度の理論を援用した図書館制度成立の理論化の検討、(6)知識資源コモンズに関して、知識資源共有過程と機能、目的領域と活動領域、参加者、コミュニティ、コモンズ成立の組織論、知識資源の社会的配分などの論点と問題構造の検討などである。その結果、伝統的図書館成立の理論化の基本的構図と図書館によるコモンズ的活動の構図を得ることができた。その構図は必ずしも図書館の社会的機能としての知識資源共有を担うネットワーク上のコモンズの可能性を示唆するものではなかったが、一方、それを知識資源の社会的配分問題として理論化することの可能性が明らかになった。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the organizational and economic theory of knowledge resource base and service development of library systems. The analysis of the survey results of the data access activities of the public at the end of the year, the implementation of the online bookstore, the online bookstore and the information source, and the status of the multi-channel activities have been clearly demonstrated. Additionally, investigations are being conducted on the sharing of knowledge resources on the Internet by ordinary citizens, the provision of content, methods, the formation of knowledge resources, and the management of services. This research is related to the development of public library services (21 years), literature research, basic library services and KRCP services. The main points and discussion items are: (1) Analysis of library functional characteristics and organizational position;(2) Analysis of library service development structure;(3) Analysis of library collaborative activities from library viewpoint;(4) Analysis of library user data service activities;(5) Theoretical discussion of library system establishment;(6) Knowledge resource utilization; Knowledge Resource Sharing Process, Function, Purpose Domain, Activity Domain, Participants, Organization Theory, Social Distribution of Knowledge Resources, Issues and Problem Structure The basic theoretical framework for the establishment of a systematic library and the framework for the activities of the library are discussed. The social function of the library and the possibility of sharing knowledge resources are discussed.
