The purpose of this study clarified about an expertise of a teacher's observation behavior in ballgames, and developed and inspected the strategy for improving it. As a result, the below was found.(1) the recognition of performance, (2) tactical understanding, (3) the recognition for expanding circumference field, and and (4) the recognition of game situation.These were very critical expertise in the observation behavior. Moreover, the instrument was implemented on that idea. It was shown clearly that it was effective in the improvement of a teacher's observation behavior.
