In the research, I tried to do analysis relationship between politicians and bureaucrats under a two-party system, and compare pre-war Japan, post-war Japan, and contemporary Japan. Considering political initiative(Seiji- Shudo) and civil-service reform, we can confirm some efficient findings. These fruitages already brought out on Asahi-Shinbun, Wedge, and now prepare to publish as book style.

在研究中，我试图在两党制下政治家和官僚之间进行分析关系，并比较战前日本，战后日本和当代日本。考虑到政治倡议（Seiji-Shudo）和公民服务改革，我们可以确认一些有效的发现。这些果实已经带来了Asahi-Shinbun，Wedge，现在准备出版作为书籍风格。
