An easy-to-use diagnostic tool for adult Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD): the Ritvo Autism and Asperger's Diagnostic Scale (RAADS: an 80-item self-administered scale; Ritvo et al., 2008) was translated into Japanese. The validity and reliability of the RAADS-J was examined. Total scores of the RAADS-J were significantly different between the ASD and the typical development (TD) group, as well as the ASD and the other psychiatric disorders (Pt) groups. However, there was a NOT statistically significant difference between the TD and Pt groups. Although the reliability and the validity of the RAADS-J were confirmed, ten items needs to be rephrased for better discrimination of these three groups.

成人自闭症谱系障碍（ASD）的易于使用的诊断工具：Ritvo自闭症和自闭症诊断量表（RAADS：80项自我管理量表; Ritvo等人，2008年，翻译成日文。检验了RAADS-J量表的信度和效度。ASD与典型发育（TD）组、ASD与其他精神疾病（Pt）组RAADS-J总分差异均有统计学意义。然而，TD组和Pt组之间无统计学显著差异。虽然RAADS-J的信度和效度得到了证实，但仍有10个项目需要重新表述，以更好地区分这三个群体。
