项目摘要

This study has clarified the ideas and political reality concerning to the Holy Roman Empire (become German Empire) and the emperor-king of Germany in the later middle ages (from the end of 14^<th> to that of 15^<th> century; first era the conciliar movement predominant, second era the recovery made by papal side). There are made clear (1) the reform activities of the imperial government officials and their achievements, (2) the reality of the political thoughts and practices of these legists, also early humanists, concerning to the German empire, and (3) the wide contacts of German politics and political thoughts in these ages.

本研究厘清了中世纪后期（14世纪末至15世纪，第一时期大公会议运动占主导地位，第二时期教皇方复兴）有关神圣罗马帝国（即德意志帝国）和德意志皇帝国王的观念和政治现实。明确了（1）帝国政府官员的改革活动及其成就；（2）这些法学家以及早期人文主义者对德意志帝国的政治思想和实践的现实；（3）这些时代德国政治和政治思想的广泛接触。
