A Legal-Historical Study on the Ancient and Modern Emperical System

我所做的工作涉及以下三个主题：(1)王权神权的理论研究；(2)古代经验体系研究；(3)西方现代市民社会的法律层面研究。更具体地说，(1)是对马克思《资本论》中关于商品部分的一段参考资料的分析，马克思在其中比较了商品的神奇特性和国王的魅力特性；(2)是我对出云号的记述，(3)是对《文明社会》的原始形态的研究，它规范了《文明社会》。结合我之前对现代经验制度的研究和上述(3)的工作，并比较日本和欧洲国家，我还写了一些关于现代宪法和国家法律制度的文章。

The work I have conducted pertains to the following three themes :(1) Theoretical study of the divine right of kings ; (2) Study on the ancient empirical system ;(3) Study on the legal aspect of Western modern civil society. Put more concretely, (1) is an analysis of a reference in the Part on commodities in Marx's Capital where Marx compares the magical character of commodities and the charismatic character of kings ; (2) is my account of Izumo, and (3) is a study on the original forms of≪lois civiles≫, which regulates≪societe civile≫. Combining my previous work on modern empirical system and work (3) described above and comparing Japan and European countries, I have also written articles on modern constitution and legal system of states.
