Significances and Limitations of the Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly(PACE)in the United States

本研究分析了美国PACE（Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly）的历史、结构和功能，并通过与日本和欧洲的综合照护体系进行比较，阐明其意义。PACE通过综合护理使老年人能够继续在家中生活。在体弱多病的老年人机构中，它只能抑制7%的人。基于这些研究的结果，我出版了一本书，以比较日本、美国、加拿大和瑞典四个国家实施的综合护理系统。

This study analyzed the history, structures and functions of PACE(Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly)in the United States and clarified it's meanings through comparing it with the integrated care systems in Japan and European. PACE made it possible for the elderly to continue living at home by integrated care. And it was able to suppress only 7% in the institutionalization of frail elderly people. Based on the results of these studies, I published a book in order to compare the integrated care systems have been implemented in four countries Japan, the United States, Canada and Sweden.
