Evaluation of IT-based Communication between Dementia Patient's Family and Caregivers

我们研究了痴呆症患者的家庭和照顾者之间的信息技术为基础的沟通的有效性。有三个点，我们研究：是否增加家庭和照顾者之间的沟通;信息交流如何影响护理衍生的压力，病人的家人觉得;是否使用IT为基础的通信媒体增加的时间，照顾者花在行政工作。研究结果显示，沟通的增加降低了患者家属的焦虑，与纸质工作相比，基于信息技术的沟通并没有增加照顾者的日常行政工作负担。

We examined the effectiveness of IT-based communication between dementia patient's family and caregivers. There were three points we examined : does communication between family and caregivers increase ; how does information exchange affect care-derived stress that patient's family feel ; whether the use of IT-based communication media increase the time that caregivers spent on administrative work. The results indicated that the increase of communication decrease the anxiety of patient's family, and IT-based communication does not increase the burden that caregivers' put on their daily administrative work compared to their paper-based work.
