To minimize adverse outcomes related to airway management, we aimed to establish standard guidelines for perioperative airway evaluation and management. Both the prediction model for difficult tracheal intubation and the measurement of cuff leak pressure for safe extubation had enough specificity and poor sensitivity, which indicated the limitation of their clinical significance. A newly constructed algorism for difficult airway management needed a validation study at multi-center level.

为了最大限度地减少与呼吸道管理相关的不良后果，我们的目标是建立围手术期呼吸道评估和管理的标准指南。气管插管困难的预测模型和安全拔管的袖套漏气压力测量方法的特异性和敏感度均较低，临床意义有限。新构建的用于困难气道管理的算法需要多中心水平的验证性研究。
