Chronological and morphological analysis of microcirculation in transgenic mouse model with odontogenic cystic les ion.

初步，我们检查了杂合子PTC基因敲除小鼠的颌骨囊肿。磨牙的牙槽骨或牙周韧带中常可见下颌骨囊肿，而上颌骨囊肿未见。并分析了CD31、CD34和D2-40在人牙源性囊性病变中的表达。位于囊壁的淋巴管D2-40染色呈明显阳性。囊壁内也可见CD31和CD34染色的小血管。尤其是根性囊肿内可见大量淋巴管和血管。

Preliminary, we examined jaw cysts in heterozygous ptc knockout mouse. Mandibular cysts were often histologically detected in the alveolar bones or periodontal ligaments of the molars, but maxillary cysts were not detected. And we analyzed the expression of CD31, CD34 and D2-40 in human odontogenic cystic lesions of dentigerous cysts, radicular cysts and keratocystic odontogenic tumors. Distinctly positive staining for D2-40 was found in lymphatic vessels located in the cystic walls. Small blood vessels stained for CD31 and CD34 were also present in the cystic walls. Especially, numerous lymphatic vessels and blood vessels were present in the radicular cysts.
