We tried to reproduce salivary glands of Sjogren' s syndrome model mice transferring side population cells(SP cells), but we could not do. We established the method to culture embryo salivary glands and confirmed the growth of these cells under the capsule of the kidney. We now observe the change of SP cells co-culturing with embryo tissue.
