Development of a health policy curriculum for the public health nursing education program

公共卫生护理教育项目所遵循的卫生政策课程是为了统一对行政人员和初级公共卫生护士的访谈结果、对大学教师的调查结果以及对相关文献的回顾而制定的。课程以个人支持能力和沟通能力为基础。关于卫生政策的教育过程包括5个步骤。第一步是了解健康和福利制度的结构。接下来的步骤是对社区健康问题进行持续分析，制定健康计划，并了解健康测量过程。最后一步是了解卫生政策程序。

The health policy curriculum followed in the public health nursing education program was developed to unify the results of interviews of administrators and beginner public health nurses, investigation of the university faculty, and review of the relevant literature. The curriculum was based on personal support competence and communication competence. The educational process regarding health policy included 5 steps. The first step was to understand the structure of the health and welfare system. The next steps were to perform continuous analysis of community health issues, develop health programs, and understand the health measure process. The final step was to understand the health policy process.
