Establishment of child-rearing support program contributable to health promotion of family having adolescent children

本研究的目的是澄清有青春期子女的家庭中与健康和子女养育相关的问题，设计和实施参与式的父母支持计划，并分析该计划的效果。首先，从一项针对青春期儿童及其父母的调查结果中提取了健康和育儿问题，以设计针对父母的育儿支持计划。然后，针对有青春期孩子的父母每月进行一次该计划，总共重复五次。结果表明，这样的支持计划可以为父母提供了解青春期特征的机会，同时也可能产生良好的效果，使父母能够改变对自己健康的认识。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the problems related to health and child-rearing in the families having adolescent children, to design and conduct a participatory program for supporting the parents, and analyze the effects of the program. First, the health and child-rearing problems were extracted from the results of a survey targeted for adolescent children and their parents to design a child-rearing support program for the parents. Then, the program was carried out once a month for the parents having adolescent children and repeated five times in total. The results suggested that such a supporting program can provide the parents with opportunities for understanding the characteristics of adolescence, and at the same time, may produce a good effect that the parents can change awareness about their own health.
