Validation of Application Possibility of the Family Lifestyle Stability Scale with Respect to Caring for Frail Elderly Household Members

本研究的目的是探讨家庭生活方式稳定量表(FLSS)在实际环境中对照顾体弱型高龄家庭成员的家庭支持的可行性。首先，针对居住在与以往调查不同地区的家庭，我们进行了一项调查，并检验了因子不变性和同时效度。此外，我们还修订了量表。然后，在家访护理站的配合下，使用修订的家庭支持量表进行家庭评估，并检验该量表的效度。

The purpose of this study was to examine the application possibility of Family Lifestyle Stability Scale(FLSS) to the support for the family caring for frail elderly household members in the practical setting. First, targeting the families living in the different areas from the former investigation, we conducted a survey and examined factorial invariance and concurrent validity. Also, we revised the scale. Then, obtaining the cooperation from the home-visit nursing station, family assessment using the revised version of FLSS was carried out, and the usefulness of the scale was examined.
