A series of nonbridged half-titanocenes containing anionic donor ligands for highly efficient ethylene copolymerizations with various olefins have been designed and presented through this project. New titanium catalysts(Ti-Al hetero-bimetallic complex etc.) that polymerize ethylene without any additional cocatalysts have also been designed and presented.
