英文摘要
Applying the method of mechanism design to China’s temperate south-western region and arid north-western region, this research analysed desirable policy interventions regulating farmers’ use of land and water resources. Aided by the geographic information system and remote sensing technology, spatial characteristics of the regions were endogenized into the economic models specifically designed for the present research.
