Study on Theoretical and Practical Aspects of "Social Model of Disability"

本研究旨在提升“残障社会模式”的解释与实践效度。研究结果表明：(1)需要超越当代残疾政策的能力观念的根本性转变，以促进对“发育障碍”患者的社会照顾；(2)成熟社会中基于“社会模式”的残疾政策的发展需要“互惠原则”等社会规范的关系和重组。

The aim of this research is to promote explanatory and practical validity of "social model of disability." The result of the research indicate that, (1) the radical change of concept of ability beyond contemporary disability policies is needed, in order to promote social accommodations to people with "developmental disorder," (2) the development of disability policy based on "social model" in mature society requires the relativation and reorganization of social norms such as "the principle of reciprocity."
