Developing structured writing as an intervention for destructive behavior in adolescence

本研究的目的是发展结构化写作作为青少年自我毁灭的干预措施，并验证其效果。在研究1中，结构化写作是通过文献研究、外部专家的询问调查和初步实验来开发的。在研究2中，干预实验结果表明，该方法对情绪调节指标有显著影响，对自我毁灭也有显著影响。

The purpose of this study was to develop the structured writing as an intervention for self-destruction in adolescence, and to validate the effect. In Study 1, the structured writing was developed through literature research, inquiring survey from outside experts, and a preliminary experiment. In Study 2, results from the intervention experiment indicated that the method had an effect especially to emotion regulation indexes and also to self-destruction.
