For the purpose of clarifying the dynamism of university governance, this study provides the following results of research; Grasp of the trend on interpretation and application of the university evaluation legislation, the evaluation of national universities and public universities, and execution of a field survey about actual condition of university reform in UK. Furthermore, we show that the result and issue of the original training program, it is said to be important these days, which leads to development of spontaneous training, and cooperation of the staff.

为了厘清大学治理的动力机制，本研究提供以下研究成果：把握英国大学评估立法的解释与应用趋势，国立大学与公立大学的评估，以及对英国大学改革实际情况的实地调查。此外，我们表明，原来的培训计划的结果和问题，据说是重要的这些天，这导致自发培训的发展，和工作人员的合作。
