Development and Evaluation of the Curriculum of Teaching Phonics in English Education to Elementary School Students

本研究的目的是开发小学英语自然拼读教学课程并进行评估。该课程以全语言教学法为理论基础，重视儿童在学习语言过程中的经验（需求），包括母语和文化。作为这个项目的一个成果，我们制作了一本小册子（教材）来学习拼读和音素意识。此外，教师对小册子的反馈将用于评估和修订课程和小册子。

The purpose of this project was to develop the curriculum of teaching phonics of English to elementary school students and evaluate it. The curriculum was based on the theory of Whole Language approach, which sets a high value on children's experiences(needs) including their mother tongues and cultures in learning a language. As a product of this project, a booklet (teaching material) was developed for learning phonics and phonemic awareness. In addition, feedback about the booklet from teachers would be used to evaluate and revise the curriculum and the booklet.
