A pedagogical-anthropological research on serendipity and career development by accidental opportunity

本研究的结果可归纳为以下三点。首先，在职业发展中，偶然的机会会发生在任何人身上。其次，接受这些偶然的机会需要自我意识的转变。自我意识的转化包括社会关系中的自我转化和接受自我转化的自我意识转化。第三，自我意识的转变需要社会关系的重建和物质关系的支持。

The results of this research are summarized in the following three points. First, in career development acci-dental opportunity from the outside happen to anyone. Secondly, to accept these accidental opportunity needs transformation of self-awareness. The transformation of self-awareness contains self-transformation in social relations and transformation of self-awareness to accept the self-transformation. Thirdly, transformation of self-awareness needs re-construction of social relationships and support by physical relationships.
