プロジェクト2年目は、前年度作成した資料(集団間紛争を説明するDVD,ロールプレイスクリプト、学習指導案)を駆使して実際に現地に赴き研修を行い、紛争と調停について語ることに集中した。まず、完成したDVDを上記研究分担者に対して公開し、意見を聞いた。全員から、DVDは、研修資料として中高生だけでなく小学生、成人向けにも適当であるとの評価をいただいた。そのうえで、前年訪問した九州大学が所在する福岡市東区の児童クラブ、糸島地区PTA母親部会、京都京極小学校において半日(3-4時間)の研修を実施した。本プロジェクトの目的である中高生向けとしては、福岡県立東筑高校を訪問し、研修を行った。東筑高校は進学校であり、学生に、法律に加えてADRや調停研究を将来の方向性として紹介することができた。また、本研修プログラムの作成では米国の調停資料やDVDを翻訳したが、そうした学術的基礎研究に基づいて、成人向けの研修も2か所(京都・長崎)で開催することができた。研修内容は2か所とも同じで、(1)集団間紛争の特徴,(2)認知的ゆがみと紛争解決、(3)多様性と紛争解決、(4)東・東南アジアの調停制度についての4項目、各1時間のプログラムであった。長崎諫早市の研修には、家庭裁判所所属調停委員を中心に82名の受講者が参加し、好評を得た。研修後のアンケートでは、研修内容だけでなく、学生がこのような研究を展開している事実に感激したという意見もあった。今回の研究から得た知識をもとに、今後も研究を続け、研修内容を深め、同様の活動を機会があるたびに続けて行く所存だが、紛争の研究自体がいまだ新しく、市民から興味を持っていただくための啓蒙活動も一緒に行う必要があることが明らかになった。

In the past two years, we have created data (explanation DVD for disputes between groups, study guide) for on-the-spot study, dispute mediation, and language collection. The DVD is complete, and the research contributors are open to the public. All staff, DVD, training data, elementary school students, adults, appropriate evaluation A half-day (3-4 hours) study was conducted at the Tokyo Metropolitan School of Children's Education, the PTA Mother's Association of the Itoshima area, and Kyoto Elementary School, where Kyushu University is located. Fukuoka Prefectural Higashiki University is a high-school student visiting Fukuoka Prefecture for training. Dongzhu High School is a school, student, legal and ADR mediation research center. The preparation of this training program is based on the preparation of the mediation data DVD of the United States, the basic research of academic research, and the development of the adult training program (Kyoto and Nagasaki). The content of the course includes 4 items, 1 time for each of the 4 items, 2 similarities, 1 characteristics of disputes between groups, 2 cognitive differences and dispute resolution, 3 diversity and dispute resolution, and 4 mediation systems for East and Southeast Asia. 82 speakers from the Mediation Center of Nagasaki Morning Market attended the seminar and received positive comments. After the training, the content of the training is divided into two parts, and the students are grateful for the opinions.
