Guideline developments for the liberal arts education in order to cultivate a comprehensive ability for solving various challenges through physical activities.

本研究考察了高校体育课的内在因素，以培养学生在现实生活中的人际交往能力等理想效果。因此，一个重要的教学策略被认为是重要的，教师不仅应该鼓励学生进行互动的自由讨论，而且应该提供一些可能的选择来帮助他们。此外，当学生们被提供更多的小组讨论机会时，他们对他们之间的交流更满意，并获得了更多的新朋友，即使课程时间很短。

This research project examined the intrinsic factors of the university physical education classes to foster desirable effects such as development of the personal communication skills of students in real life. As a result, an instruction strategy was found important in which teachers should not only encourage students' interactive free discussion but also offer some possible choices to help them. Additionally, when students were offered more chances to discuss in smaller groups, they were more satisfied with the communications among them and have got more new friends even if the class period was short.
