We considered second career problems as social systematic problems; no longer personal problems on athletes themselves. Career managements seem progressing in general, however, many of them are actually still considering these issues as athletes’ personal matters. As the result1) Importance of understanding different characteristics of each athlete.2) Preparation of promotion systems to match top athletes with social demands and functions.3) Construction of career education systems for athletes, were obtained. On our website <http://tacs.tsukubauniv.jp/tacs/> we report all of our researches in Japanese.
