Modern society, lifestyle weakened sharply its relationship with nature, thus leading to environmental destruction, therefore this research is focusing on Asobi shigoto (playful working) as inherent element of a nature-friendly lifestyle. With the conviction that Asobi shigoto is the first step to restore a symbiosis of man and nature in Japan or in other words a kind of breakthrough, restoring their mutual healthy relationship, we examine the possibility of Asobi shigotostyles in present society. As a result, I extracted the perspective of necessary sufficiency, don't waste resources, reciprocity, community rules, non-market economy.

现代社会，生活方式急剧削弱了与自然的关系，从而导致环境破坏，因此本研究将Asobi shigoto（游戏工作）作为自然友好型生活方式的固有元素。我们坚信，阿育王式是日本恢复人与自然共生关系的第一步，或者说是一种突破，恢复了他们之间的健康关系，我们考察了阿育王式在当今社会的可能性。由此，我提炼出了必要充足、不浪费资源、互惠、共同体规则、非市场经济的观点。
