The Interdisciplinary Study of the Improvement of the Performance of the Educational Institutions by Mobilizing All the Educational Resource Procurement Method

在财政紧张的情况下，我们进行了一项调查，以期找到一种超越公共支出教育费用框架的新的资助方式。即i)对设立大学基金的大学和社区学校进行问卷调查，ii)对海外大学进行关于基金策略的访谈，iii)对设立学校基金的中小学进行访谈，iv)对京都大学校友进行问卷调查。为了筹集新的财政资源，以大学为例，明确了加强i)知识产权战略，ii)捐赠获取战略，明确iii)捐赠目的及其信息的提供，iv)表明大学教育和研究作用和成果的客观数据（明确证据），设置vi)各种捐赠方式，以便捐赠者更容易捐赠。

Under the financial constraints situation, we conducted a survey in order to find a new funding method that exceeds the frame of public spending educational expenses. That is i) questionnaire to University which has set university fund and to the community school,ii) interviews to overseas universities about the fund strategy , iii)interviews to elementary and junior high schools which has set school fund, iv) questionnaire survey of Kyoto University alumni. In order to raise new financial resources, in the case of university, it was made clear that it is important to strengthen i) strategy for intellectual property, ii) strategy for the donation acquisition, to explicit iii) the purpose of donation and provision of its information, iv) objective data indicating the role and achievements of education and research of university (explicit evidence), to set vi) the various donation method in order tomake it easier to donors to donate .
