Development of survey method for offshore wind energy resources using synthetic aperture radar, scatterometer and mesoscale meteorological model

验证和改进了利用合成孔径雷达、散射计和中尺度气象模式估算近海瞬时风速的方法。特别是海上风速估计算法，使用合成孔径雷达作为输入的模拟风向，使用中尺度气象模式的发展和改进。采用中尺度气象模式得到的80 m风速与10 m风速之比估算涡轮机轮毂高度处的海上风能资源。

Estimation methods of instantaneous offshore wind speeds using synthetic aperture radar, scatterometer and mesoscale meteorological model are validated and improved. Especially offshore wind speed estimation algorithms using synthetic aperture radar as an input of simulated wind directions using amesoscale meteorological model are developed and improved. Moreover estimation methods of offshore wind energy resources at the wind turbine hub height are adopted by using the ratio of wind speed at 80m height and the one at 10m height derived from the mesoscale meteorological model.
