Study for evolutionary genomics of adaptive radiation: an analysis of speciation in endemic species of Bonin Islands.

本研究利用基因组技术对小笠原群岛具有辐射适应性的特有植物进行了分析。grandicollum、大颈弯角藻C. keiskeanum和Paraixeris denticulate进行了分析。通过对两种不同的假茎蕨属特有种间差异表达基因的检测，发现假茎蕨属特有种间差异表达基因的差异表达与假茎蕨属特有种间的差异表达有关。结果表明，在大颈芹和舌叶芹中，发现了一个黄酮类化合物合成的候选基因。并将其与一年生植物细齿拟旱蕨进行了比较，以检测它们之间差异表达的基因。结果，我们检测到两个基因参与血管分化。

In this study, endemic plant species of Bonin Islands with adaptive radiation t have been analysed using the genome technology.Using RNAseq method, Crepidiastrum linguifolium，C。 grandicollum, C。keiskeanum, and Paraixeris denticulate were analyzed with the next generationsequencer. As a result of detecting the genes with significantly differing expression levels between two endemic species of Crepidiastrum, C. linguifolium and C.grandicollum, we found one gene which were the candidate gene for flavonoid biosynthesis. Further, we compared with Paraixeris denticulate, an annual herb of closely related genus of Crepidiastrum, for detecting genes with different of expression level between them. As a result, we detected two genes involved in vascular differentiation.
