Study for evolutionary genomics of adaptive radiation: an analysis of speciation in endemic species of Bonin Islands.

本研究利用基因组技术对博宁群岛特有的植物种类进行了分析。Grand icollum、大头藻C.Keiskeanum和Paraixeris denticate用下一代测序仪进行分析。通过对银杏属特有种舌叶锦鸡儿和锦鸡儿草属植物表达水平差异显著的基因进行检测，我们发现一个基因是类黄酮生物合成的候选基因。此外，我们还与近缘关系密切的十字花属一年生草本植物--齿状拟木兰进行了比较，以检测它们之间表达水平差异的基因。结果，我们检测到两个与维管分化有关的基因。

In this study, endemic plant species of Bonin Islands with adaptive radiation t have been analysed using the genome technology.Using RNAseq method, Crepidiastrum linguifolium，C。 grandicollum, C。keiskeanum, and Paraixeris denticulate were analyzed with the next generationsequencer. As a result of detecting the genes with significantly differing expression levels between two endemic species of Crepidiastrum, C. linguifolium and C.grandicollum, we found one gene which were the candidate gene for flavonoid biosynthesis. Further, we compared with Paraixeris denticulate, an annual herb of closely related genus of Crepidiastrum, for detecting genes with different of expression level between them. As a result, we detected two genes involved in vascular differentiation.
