There are so many incident reporting data within hospitals in Japan. Additional medical costs due to falls/slips and common incidents were calculated by using incident reporting data and administrative data at hospitals and fundamental epidemiological aspects on falls/slips were explored. And, incident reports were automatically classified into appropriate category and refined by repeatedly using machine learning method.
