We applied questionnaire of athlete’s psychological problem to athletes. The result showed athletes had various kind of problems. When we support them psychologically, We have to do psychological assessment about what their core problem(task). According to this assessment, the range of application on the mental training and sport counseling was determined. The case study on psychological support of athletes were discussed. As a result of that, it showed the range of application on sport counseling was wider. And talking about theirbody provided the athletes with insight on his body movement and playing style, andenabled him to discover the points for movement improvement and psychological change.

采用运动员心理问题问卷对运动员进行调查。结果表明，运动员存在各种各样的问题。当我们在心理上支持他们时，我们必须对他们的核心问题（任务）进行心理评估。根据该评估结果，确定了心理训练和运动咨询的应用范围。对运动员心理支持的个案研究进行了探讨。由此可见，体育咨询的应用范围更广。通过对身体的谈论，运动员可以了解自己的身体动作和比赛风格，发现动作改进和心理变化的要点。
