An e-Learning cross platform which can operate on various terminals including mobile ones is developed with the aid of Adobe Flash Platform (CS5). Two new ,functions are introduced:1.Communication with LMS server:A library which can transfer, through LMS service API, security information, meta data information and performance information between server and client is developed.2.Several new functions with respect to LMS are developed in order to support new mobile terminals.
