This research examined the reasons for a decline in self-employment and the emergence of the new self-employment. The empirical study found that the reduction of corporate tax policy would play a crucial role in creating jobs for small firms and self-employment. After the disaster of the East Japan Big Earthquake, the field work confirmed that the subsidy policy for composing the “grouped firms” helped the survival of small firms including self-employment. According to another empirical study of the new emergence of the “individual outsourcing” contractors, not a few firms tend to use such the contacts with self-employment. These contractors can be distinguished into the “individual management type” and “organizational support type.”

这项研究探讨了自营职业减少和新的自营职业出现的原因。实证研究发现，减少公司税政策将在为小企业和自营职业创造就业机会方面发挥关键作用。在东日本大地震灾害后，通过实地调查，确认了对“集团企业”的组建补贴政策有助于包括自主创业在内的小企业的生存。根据另一项对新出现的“个人外包”承包商的实证研究，不少企业倾向于使用这种与自营职业者的联系。这些承包商可分为“个人管理型”和“组织支持型”。
